We want to encourage a wide and diverse representation of voting members. Please begin making plans now for your congregation’s participation. Our synod constitution allows each congregation to send their pastor/deacon or licensed lay minister plus two lay voting members. In an effort to encourage broad participation, the Synod Council has authorized the option of sending additional lay voting members provided they are a person of color, primary language other than English and/or a youth/young adult (age 14 to 30).
The following is our registration fee schedule for the 2024 assembly. (This does not include hotel accommodations.)
-
$250/pp - Early registration now through April 7 (for pastor and two voting members)
-
$200/pp - Early registration now through April 7 (for a lay person of color, first language other than English and a lay youth/young adult, over and above the initial two voting members)
-

-
$325/pp - Regular registration - April 8 through May 17 (applies to all categories of voting members after the early registration period expires)
-
